HELLO!!! HAPPY BELEATED BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE!!!!!!!!!(: HAHA YUP TODAY IS A HOLIDAY(NATIONAL DAY IN LIEU) :DDD OK well yesterday watch NDP at home(: Hahaha my sis and I felt that this year's NDP was quite not bad compared to the previous years(: Yeaps omg I <3 the steamed buns(: super cuteee! and the typewritter was so cool(: Haha my mum said that the NDP was quite creative(: yea there was this musical which links to the mv for this year's ndp song...its like the part 2 of it? Haha anyway let me tell you what happen on 8th aug(: Haha went to school and had celebration! Well it was quite ok but some parts are a little boring :P Then after that Wenda, Jillian, Vanessa and I went to Nex to buy granola cereals and powder cinnamon as we were going to make our cookies to practice for our home econs exam(: Yup so thank God we could find the granola cereals as not many shops sell that...After that we went to Jillian's house(: Oh oh we had to take a LRT there and yup it was my first time taking the LRT(: Hahaha well it looks like the skytrain(: hehee! Then, we baked our chewy granola cookies(: Erm well it looks quite disgusting though:( It looks like sai:P Like really! Haha ya and Jillian and Vanessa went to make the cookies in the shape of sai :// Haha Wenda and I were like disgusted! :P Haha i shall show you the pic later :P Haha but its like magic coz after we put the cookies in the oven, the cookies didn't look like sai and it tasted really really niceeee(: Yup :DD I ate 3 cookies then brought back home so cookies for my family to try(: My family felt that the cookies were really hard...Idk why...When i tried in Jillian's hse, it was not hard(: Hahaha ya so here is the convo....
Me: Hey quick try the cookies! Its not as hard as the other time(: Quite soft(:
Sis: Ehh you sure its not hard? Why so hard to bite?
Me: Huh! really uh? But its soft when I tried in Jillian's house leh... Mum, you try leh
Mum: Ok....waaaa really very hard leh! harder than last time
Sis: yaaa...you throw the cookie on the wall, it won't break haha
Me: Huh....really uh?
Sis: Haha but although its hard, its really nice! Ya its nicer than last time(:
Me: *smiles* haha aiya but so sad its so hard!
After that dad comes home...
Me: hey dad, try my cookies(: We baked it today(:
Dad tries and nod his head
Me: Is it hard?
Dad: no no no..not hard at all..its very nice!
Me; But mama and jie jie say that its hard!
Dad: Noo i find it quite ok(:
Me: eh mum and sis, dad finds it ok leh
Mum: aiya your dad pian ren de(in a joking manner)
Dad: Haha no no. I don't find it hard at all. yaa maybe because my teeth is strong. But its very nice!
Me: Haha ok then...
Yup then my sis and mum told me some ways on how to improve my cookie so that it won't be so hard(:
